New Member, Need some Pictures
Hi everyone,
My name is Will. I have been drooling over the prospect of getting a C5 for a couple of years and now it looks like i might get the chance. In 2003 I wrecked my motorcycle and unfortunatly I'm stuck in a wheelchair. What I need before I go any further are some pictures of the trunk area so I can estimate if my chair will fit back there when i have a passenger. I have a rigid frame chair so it doesn't fold up as small as a hospital chair. I'm looking at getting a 99 or 00 automatic with the full glassback/trunk.
if someone could post a couple of pics or email them to me at williamwright1983@yahoo.com that would be most appriciated.
Thankyou in advance
Will Wright

RE: New Member, Need some Pictures
Hello, Will. I will take some pics this weekend. I have a coupe that can fit quite a bit in the back.
I wrecked my Yamaha many years ago and was on crutches for a few weeks. Soon afterward, I sold the bike and bought a nice stereo system for my 68 Corvette (which is what I had at the time).
Good luck!
Dave

I think it would easily fit back there. I also have a C5 coupe and know pretty much the dimensions of those wheelchairs. I loaded and unloadedone into the trunk ofa Buick Centurythroughout this last summer for my father, and after looking at my rear hatch area, I'm positive it will fit. The pictures I have of mine are too big to post here, but hopefully Dave will get some posted for you so you can see for yourself. I hope you're successful in your hunt for a C5.
