I have a 1999 C5 with standard seats and would like to re-skin them with either Z06 skins (leather seat covers) or C6 standard skins. Anyone done that? Can it be done or do you have to change out the entire seat frame? Lots of great stuff on the forum related to replacement of seat covers, but a quick search did not come up with anything on switching skins. Anyone?


Note: I do not know if Z06 is the sport seat or not, so that may not be an option. What I don't like about the standard seats is the pleats on the seat bottom tend to "pucker". This could be bad seat foam or could maybe go away with the seat foam kit?
