I recently purchased a Vararam cold air intake system and plan to install over the weekend on a '04 Commemorative Edition LS1 coupe. The car is completely stock with about 6,000 miles.

Any body have one? how long will it take to install? should I remove the hood for access? any tricks?

Plan to follow up with a cat back exhaust system, any body have a favorite one? i want as close to stock sound as i can get.

As for exhaust, if you want a stock-sounding cat-back, why change from stock? I really like my Borla Stingers - low rumble at idle and semi-exotic wail at WOT.
