The car is finally going under the knife for a heads cam swap. I provided a pic of my current cai, Its a dual cone would I benefit from the swap seeing everything needs to come off anyway?

Check the manufacturer's dyno sheets with and without the CAI. There will usually be a modest increase in HP at the top end which is good for high speed driving but not so good on the street. YMMV with your mods.
