Default new rotors and pads...small problem maybe a quick answer

i got new rotors and pads put on the other day, but my pass. front pad seems like it isn't in all the way and is barely touching the rotor when the car is in motion making an extremely annoying noise. is there any way to remove it or do i just have to live with it until they wear. i've tried bedding them but i don't know how long it takes doing that for it to go away. do i just keep it up?

Sounds like you should have the calipers checked out, the pistons should float very freely and allow the pad to ride gently on the rotor, or the pad is cocked in the caliper and bound up to the point that it can't be pushed against the rotor.
