Hi redgar, thanks for the heads up! Just Corvettes in a 1/4 mile drag, that sounds like something I'd like to see. Will I race? NOT! (190 stock HP in a 74 t-top) But it sure would be nice to see that big a Corvette event, and to see some High HP vettes do there thing. Richmond, Va is only 5 hours away so I'm thinking about it. One last question, what was the weather in Richmond last year at the end of February?PG.
Haha, hey PG... It usually gets PRETTY cold here in February. I would venture to say that it is colder here in February than it is in January. But, I am DEFINATELY going to dress very warm and be VERY ready to see some fast cars and have a great time!!

Matt would know best as we did this in South Carolina last year and this would be our first year in Richmond. All the locals have told us the same thing as Matt...It could be a little cold but that is relative right? I raced in 40 degree weather last night and wore nothing but tee shirt and my sfi fire jacket
The weather does concern me. I run on 345 drag radials all the time -- can't even drive on wet roads, much less any snow or ice. I hope it will be good weather all the way there and back.
