Any information on good shops for ls1,2,6,7 engines in the vicinity of San Diego, Ca. Also, does anyone know of any corvette or car clubs that could provide techical support or participate in track days? I have done a couple of track days with NASA, but most of the corvette clubs that I've found pretty much stick to cruises.

 

the SCCA has autocrossing here in SD at Qualcomm like once a month ..... might be able to find people more into track racing on that message board if thats more your style ..... its something like $30 to join their club and $30? per race to get like 3-4 runs .... if you go to google earth you can see the tire marks in shapes of the various tracks they setup (it's different every time I think) http://www.sdsolo.com
