Looking for info on this application. Don't like the idea I can't shift thru complete set of gears. Please advise on experiences and products that can over ride what GM has put into place. Any assistance will be appreciated.

I had the cags eliminator plug installed by the tech that did the PDI on my car, friend of mine. It took a minute and causes no problems at all. The light still comes on though. This connector is available from many parts places. Good luck with the new car!

 

you can get the CAGs interrupter in most corvette supplier catalogs (Ecklers, corvetteCentral, etc.) for about $30. Some dealers sell it, too, although most refuse to install it for you. Easy to install as long as you can get under the rear of the car.
Convinces the car's computers it is still working but disables the system entirely.
