I have never heard of them, but that means little: there are many good shops.
If they are good they should have:
a) a "chassis" dyno, either a Dynojet or Mustang or similar, that measures rear wheel HP.
b) full-license copies of programs like LS1 edit so they can re-program the ECM to tune the car
c) the names/phone #s of one or two customers they can give you
d) seem to know what they are doing when they talk with you
