I've been checking out the C6 Vettes and absolutely think they are awesome cars.
With me being Korean, not sure if I fit the Corvette image.
Do you think seeing an Asian guy in a Corvette seems strange??

 

Don't see why it would seem strange. I have a Chinese friend who drives a 'vette. And I have a good friend Eurpoean heritage who drives aKia -- seems to fit him and his lifestyle well.

 

Owning and drivin' a Vette is a state of mind, not a racial issue.

You don'tget into a Corvette, you put it on!!! I say if you love the car and want one, get one!!!!! You will not regret it.

 

Would not have even thought anything except he has a cool car.

[/Well I assume you are from the south not that it should matter.Also there are one hell of a lot of rich asian guys living in America.And europeans and various ethnic immigrants including myself. It's always amazed me how badly the indigenous population of this eldorado have learned to use the language that we gave them.Actually that's a load of crap!The indians speak it pretty well.It's the diploma clutching graduate that can't spell his own name.Read some of these posts for Gawds sake.
If you want to **** off the local populance go buy a brand new C6 with every bell and whistle.If you just want to fit in so to speak a C4 (87) is the only way to go.I think they have hit bottom and theres nothing like driving a car that you know won't lose you money.quote]

Yes you have and it's what fighter pilots used to say about Spitfires and Hurricanes.
You can kinda wear a single seater race car as well but you are definately out of your head if you think you can wear a ton and a half of corvette.quote]

Actually no. I never have seen an Asian guy driving a Corvette. I've seen a number of Occidental oldfarts drive them (I include myself in that cohort)- actually they are the group that can best afford to buy them. But an Asian guy? Hmm, I bet it would work though, thinking about it. You could be the Takuma Sato of the 'Vette crowd, and the first on your block to do it. Go for it! In the future I see many Corvettesdriven by Oriental Old Farts, but only if you start the ball rolling.
