No nav DVD, what are my options?
Just bought a used 2005 Corvette coupe with nav., but the OEM DVD is missing. I tried searching for this answer but could not find anything about it.
So here's the question:
Do I need to acquire the original 2005 OEM DVD for navigation?
Or can I just get a new updated navigation DVD, like v.10 with newer maps (from a legit source or course)?
Just wondering if I can run the update DVD solely without having the original DVD in my possession?
Note: this is the second attempt to start a thread on this subject, but for some reason my first thread didn't get posted. I guess if this question cannot be asked here I will have to find another Corvette forum.
