Procharger Blow Out Sale!!!

RE: Procharger Blow Out Sale!!!
I'm just curious and not in the market 'cause I have a C5 with a C5R-based 427 with a D1SC, but:
1) are there kits for the C6 yet?
2) What boost can you run with that high of stock compression ratio.
3) Does LS1 edit work on the C6 PCM yet.
By the way, really like the procharger. had a Magnusen before on a stock block - nice but this is much better at the top.

Yep, if you check out our front page on the website you can look at an install we did on one. It comes with 6lb. of boost. I believe he is going to raise the boost level a coupple of lbs. We installed a colder plug and didnt see any knock retard.

That looks like a very neat installation.
Is that a P1 or a D1? I don't know enough to tell the difference.
What power did you get from it? I would hope 500 RWHP.
I was under the impression the supercharging really high-compression ratio cars gave little power. Onmy stock block ZO6 (10.5:1) detonation would set in at 6+ lbs with the Magnusen unless we backed off tuning alot ,which sort of defeated the whole purpose. After a lot of work I got 470+ RWHP from the stock 346 and that SC (I had a very early, non-intercooled one) with Lingenfelter LT headers and a GHL exhaust. Beyond 6.5 lbs I got pre-detonation.
I built my 427 to only 10.2:1 so I can eventually go 8-10 lbs with the D1SC with no problems. Right now I'm only running 4.5 lbs because I get slip with smaller pulleys.

It is a P1SC Unit. Usually the C6's see's about 523 at the tire. We havent dynoed it yet but i am sure it will be a little higher. He has full length longtubes.
It is hard to get big power gaines with high compression motors due to detenation. What a lot of people are doing is running a methanol injection kit along with it. It allows them to run a fair amount of boost and still not see any timming or detenation issues. When we build blown setups we normally run around 8.5:1 -9:1 compression. This allows us to run a large amount of boost on pump gas and show great numbers.
