I just boughtmy 1st vette....2008 Jetstream Blue Base. Not a lot of of options, does have paddle shift. I'd like to mod it a little & thinking of a higher gear. Has anyone swapped to a higher gear w/ an automatic or are there issues that would prevent this? Thanks.

what gear ya got now ? a 3200 rpm stall verter will do amazing things

 

It's got a 2.56. I was thinking about a 3.42 or maybe even higher.

 

342,s in plenty. throw a stall in while ya got it down
