Looking for an experienced fiberglass restorer for my 1980 Corvette hood area. The actual area
that has been compromised is about 20" x 16".
Several years ago the heater hose failed and sprayed hot water mixed with anti-freeze on the
underside of the (original) hood. In time the fluid seeped into the finish side and has left
"bubbles" on the topside. Everyone says I'll never get it out. One person said I would have
set up a jig to boil it out. Ugh.
Anyone familiar with HarborVette Fiberglass Magic in Erie, Pennsylvania? Their website
looks solid.
