numbers matching 1968 Chevrolet Corvette that is in very good unrestored original condition. I am selling this car for my next door Neighbor. He is the third owner and inherited the car. The has put about 500 miles on the car since he has owned it. The previous owner put 4500 miles on it since purchasing the car in the early 1980s. The car has had only 5000 miles put on it in over 20 years. It has never seen rain or snow. It has basically been babied it entire life. Here is the specs on the car: It is the original Corette Bronze and has never been repainted. Overall the paint is very good with a couple of chips in the door, one chip on right front fender that has been touched up. but otherwise there is no damage to the paint. The paint is still shiny with NO fading!!!! The interior is the original Dark orange vinyl and is in good condition. The seats have some wear but they are not ripped. The rest of the interior is very good and Complete. The console was replaced at one time and does not match color with the rest of the interior. It is more of a brownish-red. Otherwise the interiror is very good. The glass on the car is also in very good condition. The T-tops are excellent. There is a security key installed in the driver front fender and I do not know if it is factory or installed at some other time, but you can see it in the picture. The grilles and lenses on the car are in excellent condition. The chrome is in very good to excellent condition with no pitting!!! The package tray in the back is also in excellent condition. The tail lights are the bubble type. The wheels and tires were replaced at some time with SS cragar rims which are in excellent condition. They have new tires on them. I do still have the original Corvette Wire wheels but no rims. The Wire wheels are in excellent condition and go with the car. The engine is the original numbers matching 327 with the serial number 185416996 on the block. The heads, intake and carb are the original, the only thing that was replaced was the air cleaner and valve covers. I do not have the original ones. The car has headers. The engine runs perfect and does not leak. There is a small leak fromt he power steering hose, but that is it. The transmission is the original automatic that was rebuilt around 75000 miles. It shifts excellent. The underside of the car is excellent!!!! Everything is in excellent working condition on the car. Drive the car anywhere!!!! You will not be disappointed with this car!!!!
