This is a matching no's car that is all original with the exception of the new convertible top, and the rear suspension. I have all the necessary parts to do the front suspension, but haven't had the time. All new brakes, calipers, and braided stainless lines. Tires are BFG's with less than 2000 miles on'em. Car has 75k miles, it has the L-82 optional motor, with 4 speed tranny. Car has been repainted orig red, has the luxury int w/black leather seats and wood trim on console and doors. No tears on seats. Some minor paint chips, no stress cracks, everything in working order. On scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate the car 8. Can supply pics as soon as snow melts, as car is stored inside. In researching car, there was a little over 4000 convertibles made in 75, however out of the total vette production of 30,000+, only 1057 had the 4-speed tranny. How many of these were convertibles, and had the upgraded int trim and the L-82 motor? I bet it's less than 200, but I couldn't find anything to document this. Most 75 conv stingrays for sale are the L-48 motor. Next owner will not be disappointed!!
