not sure what you have done to fix it , but it could be anything like bad spark plug wires , cap , plug wires in wrong order, Need lots more info to help you out.

Have you put a vacuum gauge on it? Popping in the intake means one of a couple of things, either cylinder is firing when intake valve is open or exhaust valve is not opening after combustion. Vacuum gauge should be steady at idle, not fluctuating. Sounds like either a timing issue or a lean misfire. Have you had injectors cleaned?

I bought the whole intake manifold injectors and all from a salvage yard, then ultrasonic cleaned them before I installed them, all I used was the injectors on my car, not the manifold. They have a good even clicking sound all around, and good resistance on all of them. I also used all new o- rings. Have not put a vacuum gauge on it , where should I put the guage to get good results?

On a intake manifold vacuum source.
