I have a 93 LT 350. Recently every time i have tried to accelerate hard the accelerator locks up an the ARS light comes on. Just wondering what this means and be pointed in the right direction on how to fix this issue. Thanks!

 

ARS light? Could be your throttle body cable is shot. Also there are two black pieces of plastic at the accelerator end. Check them to see if they slide up and out. Mine did that when I first got it. I had to zip tie them in place because my accelerator would get stuck and go up to high RPMs.
