Hi, I have a 1994 corvette vin P. I have been noticing that when I turn on the air or defroster that I get a growl that gets louder as I accelerate. I assume that this has something to do with the compressor or the clutch on the compressor. If I shut off the cliamate control the noise stops. What can I do to fix this?

 

what you describe sounds like something going out on the compressor. Maybe someone with a C4 on the forum has experience with this.
