Block number

Default Block number
I recently purchased a 68 vette I know the motor is not number matching but I don't know how to find out what I have. It was advertised as a 427 the casting number is TO817LOA can anyone help me with the displacement and the year?

apparently the number I gave is the suffix number on the front right pad
