Any of the orange oil based cleaners should do the trick. Try to stay away from the rougher solvents like tolulene and company unless they are VERY diluted.

Using a blow dryer may help the tape come off easier.

Ya might try "Hot" water and a sponge. The heat will soften the tape glue, and the water will help with penitration and removal of the tape. Scrub with the sponge to remove the "paper" tape. This all depends, of course, on the tape you used. If it's plain ol' masking tape, this will do the trick. Any remaining tape goop can be removed with WD-40.

ORIGINAL: C3 Starship

Any remaining tape goop can be removed with WD-40.
WD40 will solve almost any adhesive. It turns it into gummy jam, but will get it off.
