Default Radio Parts

I am looking for anyone that can ID internal parts for a radio. My 08 radio has one part that when it gets to operating temp it will operate normal. it can take 20 minutes for it to turn on. If you put a little heat to that part, it will come on instantly. the part looks like a transistor in a TO-18 case but it only has two leads, and the numbers are not for any type of IC or transistor. I am thinking that it is a capacitator. it has an ID mark for one lead like caps do but the numbers are not giving as to what it could be. on the left side of the top, it has 711 vertical and on the right side it has N01 also vertical then a 6V. This makes a thousand-dollar radio useless over a 5-dollar part. Is there anyone that can help ID this part? I have checked and it is not a cold solder joint or cracked board it is the part that is at fault.

If you have any audio or electronic shops in your area or online, A CB or computer shop they might have or know of the parts or fix the unit for you. It does sound like it's a faulty part. Does your wirng all look good and tight?
