It is not the motors because I have replaced them...I took it to a auto electric repair shop they said that it was the head lamp relay switch and they had to get the part from the dealer. cost would be 147 for the part and 500 for labor..I did not let them do it. I called the dealer and the part here is 630 with about 275 labor...I question the diagnosis..
Here is what happens when I rotate the switch: I can hear a relay clicking in the passenger side floor board panel. I can't seem to find which one though....
question...If I hear the relay click doesn't that mean that the switch is working and the click is the charge hitting a block?
Any help is appreciated....

 

Did you measure the voltage at the motor?
