New paint
Here's a few pictures I promised of the '76 I just did for a very nice guy here where I live. He was "tickled pink" with it and he says now he has some competition for his wifes '77, LOL!
I had to sand off 5 paint jobs which accounts to multiple layers of 23+different types of primers and paint. It was fun and a PITA all at the same time. I customized his hood, installed the side ground effectsand changed the car from straight white to dual pearl white and dual pearl black. The white has white and light blue pearl and the black has gold and copper pearl. 9 shots of clear with the pearl floated between the 3rd and 4th in a blender.

Edit 1: Damn pictures,....some times they work and some times they don't,....WTF!?
Edit 2: HA!!! figured it out!....cool!!

RE: New paint
Thanks guys. The vents/grills in the hood are actually engine room vents for boatsfrom Attwood, the owner brought them over and asked if I could install them. I didn't think they would look too good at first but I guess they kinda grow on ya. Too bad they're plastic.
The car goes to a show in Bowling Green at the vette museum either this month or next I think. I guess we'll see how it does for him.
Cheers
