My 1995 vette headlights eyelids doesn't stay up when the car is running for awhile. But if my car is not running and i turn on the lights the eyelids stays up every single time. Does it have a leak somewhere? How do I check it?

Are they vacuum operated? Maybe a check valve is failing. On mine, once they are open, they don't require vacuum to stay open.
