I have a slight battery drain (probably from clock). Any recommendations for a new battery and do any of the battery disconnect switches work. Also, the car has factory AC

Welcome from California! I use a battery disconnect on my '73, saves the battery while I get everything sorted out. I've had good luck with Interstate and and Everstart Maxx.
