700 R4 Solid Lockup Controller
HI, just want to let all of you know how I have enjoyed the summer driving on the interest Hwy. since we put a Corvette 700 R4 tranny in our 40 Ford Coupe, we replaced the old
350 tranny with that 700 R4. The controller we use for the solid lockup is one that I can control the engagement at the desired speed, has an indicator light to let me know it is in lockup and will
disengage when I tap the brake. 72MPH engine RPM of 1800. What a change from the old 3-SP 350 Tranny. Triz
