Default 79 L-82...frame-off restore

New member here. Retired military now working as a tour guide at Jack Daniel's Distillery (NOTE: The first friday of each month they give every employee a FREE bottle of Jack Daniel's. We call that Good Friday around here!). I've had several Miata's...then a 350Z Roadster...then a 280ZX... and just bought my first vette, a 1979 L-82. Silver with black interior... I'll post a pic or two once I figure out how to do it.
Anybody got anything planned in Middle Tennessee for Vettes (toys for tots run...etc)?

Thanks for the welcome.
Started out with 12 yrs enlisted in USAF...then 10 as an officer...then 12 as a liaison with the intel community.
One bottle is probably enough of the Old No. 7. Of course, I supplement it with other bottles of Single Barrel and Gentleman Jack. Ha.

Guess I'm going to have to bone up on Jack's products. All I've heard of are the classic green and black label. Wild Turkey man myself.

Five years as Missile Systems Officer on guided missile destroyers and Project Officer at Port Hueneme, CA. Work w/ a few in intel during my civilian years. Enjoy the forum.
