87 corvette
I just bought a 1987 corvette all original. It has 78k original miles. It is
in great condition. My question is it seems to run hot in traffic, but on the highway it runs at a normal tempature. This is my first Corvette an I usually do all my own mechanical work. Any ideas what I can do first?

Welcome to the forum.
Check to make sure there's nothing in front of the condenser and between the condenser and radiator. Also check to make sure the fans are coming on at the right temperature. Also you can check your thermostat to make sure that its opening properly.
