Default Another new guy

I've been away from Vettes for quite a while, about 30 years. I originally got involved with Corvettes just after highschool when I worked at Randy's Auto Body in Marshfield MA. Randy's specialized in Vette body repair. My job was to strip all the damaged fiberglass parts off and with a grinder, remove all the bonding strip adhesive from the parts to be reused.
That was one itchy som-bitch. Anyway, I found a basket case 1967 roadster. It was a 427 but the motor is missing and the rest is all in pieces and I'm not sure the basket is still full. The paint and chrome is awfull. Not sure of the frame condition or the interior. I do think the body is in tact and straight. How does one come up with a value of something like this so that I can present him with a offer. The plan is to make it a father/son project and give him the car when it's done..............................or not
Thanks,

Chip
