I'm new to the Corvette world after seven Porsche's in the past three decades. Each time I sat in a vette it was a tight squeeze for my 6'4" frame and I never pulled the trigger. I test drove a 2011 Grand Sport at the Mercedes dealer while having my turbo diesel serviced. Wow, what I've been missing is indescribable, this experience in the fifteen minute test drive had me happily signing on the dotted line. The six speed is the rush I've missed as the last four Porsche's have been PDK's. I'm looking to put a bra on the front end to prevent or lessen the incidence of the inevitable rock chips. Can anyone make a recommendation on a good brand, seller or part number. Thanks..... Brian
