Question c4 a/c

Just a shout out to the person who advised some info on my 86 c4. The a/c resistor is right where you said, just to right of the fan motor if you are standing on the left side of the car. It doesn't look like anything until you have an idea where it is. I now have all 4 speeds and a new relay and fan motor to boot. I live in Phoenix and taking the Targa top off is not an option if the temperatures are over about 85+ and the sun is out. Thank you for helping me get it done. I have had her for just over 2 years now and am having a ball fixing her up. I had a friend freshen up the L98 and have done the full A/C over the last year. She is fun she is fast and she is really squirrely when wet.
I would like to rack all my fellow C4 buffs with this question. I have a catch in my power steering. It happens at different times and points in a turn but not so much, when on the freeway at higher speeds. In town it feels like a small catch the a give. Is it the Rack and pinion are do I have some possible line clogs that a good cleaning would fix. I would appreciate any advise you guys can provide.
