Hello all. I'm new to the Corvette club. 1st time owner at 51yrs old. Been a dream of mine for a long time just never pulled the trigger. Wasn't for sure what body style I wanted, C4 or C5. Went with C5. A 1998. It was super clean, only had a few minor issues and the price was right I thought. The more I read about all the long list of common issues with the C5 and talk to people that have owned 4's and 5's makes me think I may have made a mistake. I know all cars have their little things but just would like some reassurance or advice from long time C5 owners. Thank you from the Midwest and all enjoy those beautiful cars.

Little basic now but new shoes and tint coming for her soon.
