I have a C-3 I am working on! Having Trouble With The Headlights going up and down very slow. I have checked the vacum and its great 18pound.

welcome to the site. I'm not real familiar with the headlight system on the C3's, mine are mounted in the grill. hang in there someone will answer. perhaps ou should post you question in the c3 section, it wll get more views. do you have any pictures of your vette? we love pictures around here. cheers
