Default Hey folks.

New again owner of a 2003 convertible, anniversary package, and thought I'd registered and posted but I suppose not. Have an electrical issue post. Glad to be back in the mix.

Thanks Thomas. Near the end of a 10-hour drive home with the car, all of the interior lights stopped working. Dash, center console, arm rest--everything. It was night, so thankfully the heads up display was working. I assumed fuse, but when I pulled over and turned off the engine, all the lights came back on. Turn the key and start the engine again, and they all go black. And the INT ADJ function does nothing. I'm at a loss on this one.

Ok, that's interesting. I can see why you are puzzled, I am too. It sounds like you have two power sources for the lights and you lost the power source with the key on. When you turn the car off it switches the power source. I think there is a bad power source with the key on, car running. Could be a relay or fuse. I would check all fuses and maybe swap a few relays around and see what happens..

Thanks, Thomas. Yeah, it's a head scratcher.

Your other options are to buy a manual, or take it to a chevy dealership that has detailed shop manuals. I`m sure it`s something simple.
