Hi! We have two C3's. A 1979 black coupe and a black 1968 Convertible with a 427. The 79 is on the road, the 68 isn't. Motor is out waiting to get re-freshed. We have been working on this car awhile. It was my grandpas and was left to me when he died. Unfortunately, it was all apart when he died. He was in the middle of restoring it.
I come from a corvette family. My parents have numerous vettes. My dad raced until recently, finishing 12 in the NCCC in 2006; and my mom and grandpa also used to race. I have also raced since I was 16.

 

Welcome Melissa!! Glad to have you here. Lots of knowledge floating around on this forum to help you with any part of the restoration. I see you are from Owosso MI. I'm in Milford MI which is not too far from you. Just a nice Sunday drive away. We would love to see some pics!!

Thanks for the nice greetings! I have attached a pic of each car (I hope I did it right). My mom has a thing about naming corvettes, so the 79 is named Rothchild (Rothie) and the 68 is Henery. I think the legacy continues, my 2 year old is obsessed with corvettes. Start 'em young!! haha
