I'm looking at a 1985 Vette (Black) Mint condition..20.000 miles on her..My bud is the second owner of this car and has only put 8000 miles on it himself. He said that I could buy it from him for $9000 cash..I've never owned a Vette but I think this is my chance to..What do you guy's and girl's think about the price?? Hello,Dozer,and welcome to the forum! An '85 with only 20,000 miles??? I say,GRAB IT!!!! Grab it and enjoy,my friend.You'll find having a Vette is a special thing all its own.They all have their own unique little "glitches",if you will that always add to the ownership experience.But a car with that low mileage is truly something special.Look at mine,a '96 LT-1.It has over 108700 miles on it and runs like new.I guess what I'm trying to say is get this car,enjoy it,love it,and always MAINTAIN it!!!! It will last you a lifetime of driving pleasure.Not to mention that you're driving a Vette!!! Always your friend,Joe.
