Question Interchange question

Hi -- I have a 1980 (C3) Corvette, and I need new, front, brake calipers -- Is there any other / non Corvette calipers that will work ? -- Thanks Chris

Nothing that I am aware of. But why not use correct parts?

There are non GM calipers available, Willwood is one and yes they are aluminum and twice as much as gm. What are you looking for that GM does not have? Racing, weight, or design what are you looking for? If you are looking for a replacement try Summit racing or Amazon for a variety of different parts. There are many styles gm out there that use stainless sleeves, o ring seals, reman or new the choices are fairly broad, it all depends on what you are looking for.
