hello, new to the site . i have an 1981, which i have done a complete makeover on. in the last three years, new paint,interior and this year engine. i have owned this car since new. will be interested in reading the discussions, and tech foremats. seems like a informative site.

My nephews been in 12 years. army. the color is a sherwin williams sunset orange, however, there are many shades of this by diff. manufactuers. it will be cool to talk and learn about the various ways and ideas other people employe

 

I am also Army. When I was stationed at Fort Knox I went down to Bowling Green and checked out the Corvette Mueseum. Lots of nice vettes in there! Good luck with your vette.

I'll post some pics of it once the it starts warming up, we got about 18 inches of snow on the ground now and the car looks like crap. Iv'e got some minor body work I need to do to it, have a few spots with some surface rust and a few small dents.
