Still currently a mustang owner but looking into vettes. Looking for modified C5's or c5 z06's in the 20k price range in Texas. (if you have any -- feel free to PM)

Anyways, first question I have is on this car:

There is a dent behind the rear red-marker light noticeable in the 3rd picture. Dealer says there is also a indention on the other side in the same spot. Said something along the lines of "its from the connection between the bumper". Is this the obvious sign of a wreck and a replaced bumper?

Feel free to spout out advice about how the price is too high or there are better ones out there . I'm still learning the market going rate on these...I also put out a few calls to cars on this board in TX but have not found them all yet I'm sure.
