Since I was a kid... Corvettes were always one of my favorite cars and still it. The new C7 is just amazing... but for now I just want something I can tinker with, drive on the weekends or even to work. Specifically a C6 convertible.

I use to do all my own car work on my first few cars and then just got too busy to do any of that. So I am not looking to spend every other weekend repairing something. Anything advice or recommendations would be appreciated. Looks like I can get into one of these between $20-25K with 50K miles and only spent about 20 minutes glancing online. My daily driver only sees about 9000 miles a year, so I may put 3000 on the C6.

Where is the best place I can read about any common problems with the C6?
Am I asking for trouble with this?
When shopping, what should I look for?
Should I skip the C6 and get a mustang?
