Default Newby crossing over

Hi, my name is Doug. I have been a Ford Mustang nut for almost 30 years, that is until I test drove a 2007 LeMans Blue Corvette. I didn't buy that one but I am ordering a 2008 on Monday. I am pretty excited to get it, probably around the first week in September.

So what's a good base price to start for a 2008? I am going with Jetstream Blue/manual/LT1/transparent roof and that is pretty much gonna do it for me.

Can't wait!

Found this on a search

Nowadays? Six figures, if yer lucky (better cross yer fingers, AND yer little piggies too). If yer not so lucky, maybe still six figures, but not a '1', for the first figure.[sm=yikesomg.gif]

I would think mid $50s with the options you listed.

I spent most last night researching this new color and I was surprised to find so many that do not like this color. Personally, I would have bought the Lemans Blue if this color was an option for this year. Jet Stream Blue is still my first choice though. The pic below sold me on it. I will be adding the Competion Gray rims also.

Spending that kind of dust on a car I would look around the country at individual dealerships. It's funny how different regions have such different prices. Even within that region. Like here in thelittle town of Dickson Tn. a particular car may sell for a few thousand dollars more than the same one in Nashville just 30 min. away. I suppose it a competitive pricing thing in the more populated areas. Good luck in you quest and hope you find what you want. Cheers
