windows
Yes, as a matter of fact I am currently trying to get my 2007 C6 started for spring. It was garage kept all winter and I started it faithfully once a month to keep it charged, but was a week or so late on feb. start up date and it was dead as a door nail. It wouldn't take ajump either and the window is in the up position so door won't close b/c of that window seal thing.Anyway,i'm not sure if I should buy a battery charger , buy a new battery and just keep the "old"one as a spare{I will still need to get itreconditioned somewhere}or just call roadside assistance or the dealer and complain about a brand new car going dead in just weeks of inactivity. Anyone have any advice for me ?
Just an update - I finally got my C6 up and running for spring ( and not a moment too soon sunny and a high of 74 today ) It was just a dead battery, but it took a jump from a 1500 series diesel Truck as both my jump start box and a 2000 montana failed to give meenough juice. On the bright side none of my presets were lost ( radio/xm/seat positions/memory settings or universal home remote settings) which I don't totally understand. My dealer saidit has been a common problem on the C6's - cananyone add any insight on this topic ?
