Took delivery of my first Corvette Saturday evening. 2002 C5 Quicksilver Metallic Coupe. Helped my dad rebuild a 64 Srtingray back when I was a teenager, been in LOVE with them ever since. These cars are something special.

For now she will stay stock. I am riding the wave of new ownership and when that runs out, I suppose it will simply be a matter of time, the mod bug will surely hit.

There are a couple small blemishes in the finish that I want to have cleaned up as well as some curb rash on the pass side wheels, but beyond that I am very pleased. Oh, one other thing, the drivers seat is just starting to have a separating seam issue half way up the seat. Looking at what can be done to keep it from getting worse.

Just gonna enjoy it for now... It is such a gorgeous car.... giddy.. still ...
