Hey folks, this is so far off topic it ain't even funny... thank God for OT forums.... LOL

First of all, I need to preface this with: I ALWAYS buy albums from my rock 'n roll Gods... always... gotsa support the cause so they keep layin' down the tunes that keep my world spinnin'....

So, anyways, September is a big month for your ol' buddy TopSpeed here... two major new album releases that I have been waitin' for all year are just around the corner.

My bro here at the office just dropped the new Iron Maiden on my system, just spinning it now, and I tell ya folks if you're a Maiden fan this album totally is gonna rock. Up The Irons!!!

Next incoming will be the much awaited new Black Label Society album "Shot To Hell" from my guitar God, Mr. Zakk Freakin Wylde. Without a shadow of a doubt, I will be at our local record store the morning it's released, 1/2 hour before opening, to pick this up. But, I really wanna hear it... so, my buddy is trying. I'll post here if I get lucky enough to check it out.

These bands are probably on the fringe of good taste for most of you folks, and I totally appreciate that. It's just one of those topics that get's my blood rollin', so I just needed to quickly share the news with youse all......

For me the kings of rock are Queen and Pink Floyd.

I'm not allowed to play either in the house for more than 20 minutes without major gripes from the wife........so the car is my haven!

I can appreciare that not everyone loves rock, nevermind heavy rock/metal. The car is a place of freedom........a place where you can do your own thing for most of the time!
