I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable heavy diesel mechanic in Australia. I need someone experienced with large trucks and industrial diesel engines, capable of both routine maintenance and complex repairs.

Ideally, I want a Diesel Mechanic who offers thorough diagnostics and is known for professional, timely service. If you’ve had positive experiences with mechanics specializing in heavy diesel vehicles, could you share your suggestions?

Any tips on what to look for when choosing a service provider or questions to ask beforehand would also be really helpful.

Depending on make and model of your Truck, I would take a look at your closest dealer with good ratings in your area. If its an older truck then the independents, they have worked at one time for a dealer, possibility. Google. Start there maybe?
