A corvette of course. I'm 6'5" and 280. I fit nicely into a c3 with astro-top instead of the stock t-tops. C4 is a little tight, C5 and C6 are just fine.

bill.

You cite 0-60 in less than seven seconds which is, frankly, not really fast. Any of several Cadillac V8 models will do this, as, just barely (6.9 seconds) will my $28,000 Lincoln MKZ V6: all will fit anyone up to about 6-10 and 300 lbs comfortably.
Assuming fast really means 0-60 around 5 seconds, among affordable cars, the 'vette is a good choice. You'll find the GTO and the G8 a bit tight getting in and out.
If you have serious money, several Mercedes models with AMG engines are pretty good performers and will be comforatble for you also. Any Ferrari 4X0 will also fit you they are surprisingly roomy. Perhaps best though is the Bentley Continental Speed several NBA and NFL players have them and they are very comfortable, (at over 4500 lbs they6 should be, but with 550+ HP they are plenty fast).
