Well i work out at work (I work at inland truck parts and i carry heavy parts all day long) and then i come home....mon-wed-fri i do upper body and tue-thurs i do lower body. 3 sets of 10 reps

Work out?......Don't have time...would have to slow down....I'm in such good shape(LOL), I died of a heart attack last week and haven't had time to fall down yet.
