RE: 06' Z06 vs. Gallrado!!!!!
Nice video. And no doubt the Gallardo is slower than the ZO6 in a straight line - it has only 500 HP (can you believe I'm saying this, "only" 500) and weighs a bit more and has much higher driveline loses (it has three versus one differential, with its 4-wheel drive, etc.)
But I still want one, more than a ZO6 (I have an 02 with 640 HP, so . . . its just not that different).
Have you actually seen a Galardo? They are small - 5 inches shorter than my Porsche 911. Very well built, just perfectly put together. And fast enough.

No I haven't seen a Gallardo in person, and I would have never thought that it would be smaller than a 911. In pictures in looks like it is a pretty long car (I guess because of the low roof line).

That's why I love it. It looks so long and low, and believe me it is low. But it is shorter than a 911 and just - small. I love it. I saw one at a dealer in atlanta when iw as donw there but at $160K its just way too much. Looks very well built and put together -- its the first lambo dfesgned and built since Audi bought Lamborghini so its is somewhat an Audi - okay by me. Very good looking and solid car.

The best selling probably has something to do with its price, at about $160K, not much more than half that of the larger car.
But beyond that it is, at least to me, far more appealing. Its nearly as fast as the big one, handles a bit better, and the styling is cleaner, and I like the size.
Mute point. I can't afford it, so . . .
