Default Headlights
Ok, I replaced both motors on my '88 C4 Drivers side headlight goes up & down but passenger side not working.
Checked power to motor with test lite and it is good
What next?
Appreciate any help

Sounds like a bad motor. Try pulling the motor out and connecting 12 volts directly to it on the bench.
